Wait just a second. This same person lives with or gets maried and has sex once a day for say 24 days straight, then stops while she is on her period as a courtesy. This is pretty typical during the first few years of a relationship. That means those zinc levels would be low also...necessitating taking zinc capsules, not limiting sex. A steady diet of sex once, twice or more a day is very normal during those years in your sexual peak as it was with me and I never experienced dizziness.
Maybe the good diet message holds true.
