I believe it comes from a Gspot cllmax. It has only happened to me 3 or 4 times and each time it was when I was in a position to have the penis hit the Gspot. I have done lots of reading to try and determine how to make it happen again, but so far, no luck. These were the most intense cllmaxs that I have ever had.
