It may not be that it is a full moon - but perhaps that is when you are ovulating. A couple of years ago when I was looking at ways to get pregnant, I came across the theory that women can ovulate twice a month. Once around the 14 days in to their cycle, and also angle created by their natal Moon Cycle. This is to do with the position of the moon at birth. I was sceptical.

I was taking my temperature every day to see when I would ovulate, and low and behold - I would ovulate twice! Around ovulation I also get on the horny side as well................

Might be something to consider.
