I'm not a doctor, but it would seem to me that part of what you are going through is normal. We hit our sexual peak at 18, and it diminishes from that point on. Women, on the other hand, hit their sexual peak at the age of 35.

The age you're at now is a period in life when things typically begin to change-perspectives, goals, directions, etc. This might be part of that.
