1-3 MINUTES...EEK! You should be pleasing your partner much longer than that. Are you 65 or something?? Just joking. Age has a lot to do with it tho, and tho I don't know your age, let's assume you're about 35. A normal, healthy 35 year old can go for 'bout 20 minutes to half an hour. Now, if you're 20-24, you can go twice as long, and still be ready for another round in 30 min to an hour.

I am a woman, but I do know something about a man's stamina and duration in this matter. If you aren't getting the performance descibed above according to age, maybe you should see a doctor, it could be something unrelated to your genitals but affecting your performance nonetheless. Or it could be diet, do you eat only "junk foods", do you eat plenty of vegetables. Do you get enough exercise. Our total body health often ties into our libido, stamina, etc.
