Well Chaz I cant say I ever tried it in the third grade, lol. Of course, as I know now, I was strung out on far more powerful drugs by then already-religion and sugar!

Ev, that is what I was hoping to hear. Do you recommend meditation cd's? I have the insight cd and it definitely changes my state of mind into something nice for a while. But I have to wonder...if this is true about awareness, why then do spiritual seekers seem to lose interest in sex?
