v1agra is determined to be safe in PROPER AMOUNTS for occasional use in a normal healthy male....in those that aren't, downright dangerous. A qualified doctor can determine if it should be prescribed and how much. Natural herbs help too, but lack the punch of v1agra. As with all types of enhancers, use with common sense.
There are always exceptions that are over-glorified by the media.
