Let's be fair to the folks, so that in spite of natural herbs working similar and quite well, lets remind them that some have side effects also....most not bad but just be aware...one of these being Yohimbe (yohimbine) depending on strength, can make you feel very flushed, irritated and agitated.Others cause palipitation and possible itchyness, digestive problems, sleeplessness, etc.
The point I'm making is that all drugs and natural herbs can cause reactions.
