I don't know how diet is going to help the ol'receeding hairline and Mr. Softy-that's just mother nature at work! You will change your tune when you get a bit older. But, yes, women should work hard to keep their shape-for their own health and well being and if it makes hubby randier, so be it. (goes the same for men) And I wasn't one of the women offended...:)
