Sorry for the way I worded that message, but that is really the truth. Abuse is very confusing because of the fact that- at the time when the abuse took place, you were being manipulated by that person.

Unfortunately, if you go to councelors many times they will make the problem worse because many councelors are sociopaths themselves. There is only one way to get past the abuse- by realizing the truth- that the person who did that to you is f*cked up, and you should hate them for it.
