Yes, it's pretty amazing how a body works. I want to flush more but the problem is..I'm horribly hungry now all the time ( yes, I'm sure it's a girl) and if I don't eat I sleep. So.. how on earth do I fast a bit before the flush?
Carrots, green salads, fruits and even cottage cheese don't have any real effect and don't kill hunger.
