Keep in mind that this takes lots of work.

Realize that everyone knows how to build up big muscles and get into great shape by hard exercise, yet most people don't work out because it's too much work. And most people who do work out don't really build up their muscles much because it's too much work.

In order for this to work you need to do the "exercises" at least six days a week. Every week. You will need to do it for somewhere between six months and two years to add an inch. Once you have added that inch you will need to do the exercises at least twice a week for 30 minutes to maintain the gains. It is possible that you could add more than one inch but it will take much longer to add anything over one inch.

Please make sure that you read about the risks in that post. If you are under 21 years old I want to strongly discourage you from doing this.

There is a free website (sort of like this one, except just for PE). If you start doing these excercises at least six days a week, for three months, then if you will post back to this thread then I will post the address of that website.

Make sure that you take a good measurement before you start. Measuring your progress can help sustain the effort.
