I don't suppose it's easy for *anyone* male or female, to keep quiet about what they dislike physically about their partner.

However, there are some things you *can* discuss tactfully and constructively that can possibly be changed (eg. the man who would like his woman to lose weight/tone up etc etc) - and other things that can't be changed and you can't discuss for fear of destroying the person's self-esteem.
