I know I'm harsh, but it's the only way we learn a lesson around here! You want to harm your boyfriend's ego forever? Of course not. You seem like a very nice gal and would never intentionally want to harm your guy now. I don't have this problem, trust me, but just by living around men and women my whole life, listening to their comments, analyzing the results...this is a biggie (pardon the pun). Guys value their size when they've got it and yearn for more when they ain't got it. Make up an excuse, anything, just don't tell him the truth about his shrimpdick. If there's any humanity left in you...
