do you spank the monkey? if not, i'd suggest you try that first and learn to get comfortable with your body, what turns you on, what kind of sex drive you have. if you're scared of sex it likely means you're not ready, and that's perfectly fine. don't force yourself into anything if you're not ready to do it.
