Hi, just wanted to throw in my 2 cents. I have only had c-sections, but my experience is alot of dryness for about a year, and the vaginal skin damages very easily even with plenty of prep and lubrication, The Drs say it is too little estrogen, who knows, my body does not go into labor properly, so I probably have hormone issues, but it would not hurt to be prepared for this uncomfortable development. someone on another forum suggested using coconut oil, I have just ordered some to try, as the synthetic ones dont help too much, and are probably not good for me anyways. Also for the perenium massage I think I read it in the What To Expect While You Are Expecting book, they tell how it is done.
