I, too, suffer from the short tongue and small mouth syndromes, but I have learned to adjust. I spend a lot of time teasing my boyfriend before the actual blow job starts. So by that time, it doesn't take very long at all for him to cllmax.

I first start by licking from the base to the tip, several times- like a lollipop! While you are doing this, use your hands to massage the area as well.
