Everything goes back to "normal" fairly quickly. It's just the way our bodies work :)

If you tear, and heal quickly, I would say within a month you should be fine, especially if you soften the area with vitamin E, and other oils. Doing this will stop any hard scar tissue from forming.

You should be just fine.

As for sexual activity, you'll know when you are ready!
