Naw..........going for the haircut...AT A BARBER SHOP.....and then give away some free bottles of SEASILVER....

Then trot down to our Avon Showroom to help Super worker wife with the busy Saturday phones...(we advertise in many states and ship Avon all over from there)

Then a nice early dinner for her at the Elephant Bar followed by a wedge of Ultra Fudge Brownie at Starbucks for her and zip nada for me....

Gotta keep than MANLY figure.........

Besides, what excess carbs and the insulin factor does to guys after the age of forty five......well, you don't want to know...

Sounds like a Saturday plan...
