I don't know about the pills or exercises but foreskin restoration did increase both my length and diameter. It seems that a lot of guys have had so much foreskin removed when getting circumcised that the remaining skin on the penis is not enough to allow a errection to expand to it's natural length.
Non surgical foreskin restoration is a really simple process and IMHO is well worth the time and effort.
