I am taking enzymes called Acid- Ease from the company called Prevail. I was taking them for a while prior to becoming pregnant for other digestive issues and they really helped me a lot! Once I got pregnant and stopped taking them all of the problems returned. THe label just says to consult my physician if pregnant or nursing and my obgy commented that he saw no know dangerous ingredients but he didn't advise taking them anyway. The label says that they are free from artificial ingredients. THe "other" ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose and ascorbyl palmitate.

Any more thoughts?
