prior to my pregnancy i have had no problems with my gall bladder. I have had ten attacks in three months. When the last attack put me into pre-term labor i was put on a non fat diet to stop future attacks that may effect the health of my unborn baby. I have been on this diet for 4 weeks now and i have not had a single attack. It is strictly no fat and hard at times but managable. I hope this helps.
