I just found out that I am pregnant and I was wondering if I can continue taking SUPERFOOD instead of prenatal supplements. I am going to my first prenatal visit next week and will ask my doctor what he thinks. Until then, I was just woundering what "YOU" think or what "YOU" know. I hope that I can continue taking SUPERFOOD considering I CRAVE it and prenatal supplements make me SICK! Thanks for any info!!!
