Hi Lapis!

You seem to be quite knowledgeable on this board. I got two problems. One, is I got a hernia, and I wondering if anyone knows anything about healing the inguinal ligament with herbs and exercise, including Yoga. Second, I'd like to change my email address, but I can't find anywhere to do it.
Hope you can help. (Saw your run down on what's happening politically. I think we see the same things happening.)
