Hi Vtool,

On my Inca Maca Gold container it equates 2 teaspoons with 6.2 grams, so it looks like 1/2 tsp. is the minimum dosage according to your information. The directions on my container do recommend the minimum dosage of the 6.2 grams. The last person I purchased Maca root powder from, Ken Johnson in Canada, at therootofthematter.ca recommends three heaping teaspoons per day. I left you a message on the Female Problems Forum.
