I had really hoped that the Liver Flushes would be THE answer after 6 years of trying all sorts of natural products. After 9 liver flushes, I still get heart palpitations in the early morning hours, and some hot flushes. This inspite of taking a combo of natural progesterone/estrogene cream and a few other things, iuncluding the Chinese Bitters recommended by Julia Chang.
Has anyone here had any experience in regards to Liver Flushes and menopause ?
