I forgot to mention - do you have any metal fillings in your teeth? YOu may want to read up about this on the amalgam/metal dentistry forum. The Amalgams containmercury which crosses over the blod brain barrier in the brain. You can get these removed, , but it is expensive.

Also, a Bowel Cleanse might help because it helps remove a TON of toxins from your system that can also affect your brain chemistry.
