Thanks for the advice. I bought a womans multi-vitamin yesterday which was high in magnesium and made a decision to try this before taking the Fluoxetine Depressants prescribe by my doctor, hopefully this will help. Problem is when your feeling so low you just want a cure and you want it straight away. Not knowing what personality I'll have within seconds is scarey.
