Hi Sophia! Thank you. I did try the Master-Cleanse but only that and only for 5 days. My intentions were to do the full 10 adding the B&P's and herbal teas for the last few days. That didn't work out unfortuantely. I was getting too skinny and wasn't understanding why my belly was starting to get bloated. CANDIDA! I may try it again way down the road but maybe instead of a Master-Cleanse I'll do a juice fast with the B&P and herbal teas. I only did one salt water flush while on the MC. I had no trouble with the taste, I just couldn't drink that much! I finally got it all down but I am not kidding it took me 45 minutes to drink it all! It tasted yummy compared to the oh so sweet Lemonade drink. I was getting sick of the sweet actually. The Epsom Salts I've only used when doing the Liver Flushes but I know some people use them if they get constipated. While on the B&P's that's all I did. I never had to drink anything else or do any enemas. It does take a little time to work. Stick in there, I'm sure you'll see some good results.
