Hi Mariana,
I just read your post and I see why you were feeling so bummed out. I too am experiencing the die off. I am taking Virgin coconut oil, kefir and Bowel Cleanse and have been having some pretty bad brain fog, fatigue, anxiety and increase in hypoglycemia symptoms. These are some of my prevoius problems I think I am retracing or having a healing crisis but I know it's working for my good.
I see you are on the right track so I wish you all the best a speedy recovery and the best of spirits!
