Hello Rhonda,
I am on day 2 and feel very sick, great big headaches, and a very sore throat. But i am going to keep on going. I just wanted to express how reading your expeince is giving me hope. I want to cleanse and loose weight. My question is how did you do after you finished the fast, I am very scared to loose weight and then gain it as soon as I start eating chewable food. I do not eat suger, flour or meat and now I took off diary and coffee. So I hope to be ok. But agian I am on day 2 and am going for the 10 day fast. another question was did you excrise while on the fast?
