Using Evening Primrose Oil cured my symptoms within a month. For me it was a basically a deficiency in EFA's (Essential Fatty Acids). If symptoms start to recur I know that I am getting deficient again and take the EPO for a few weeks to build my stores back up. Just to give you an idea of my symptoms, I would have horrible mood swings before and during my period.
