I too suffer from Acne due to PMS. My Acne only flares up a week before and a week after my period. I feel like I have tried everything including birth control, on the spot Acne treatment, Pro-Activ, etc. I feel like a 26 year old trapped in a 16 year old body!!! I feel embarassed to go out and by the time my face heals from the ance of my PMS and I feel pretty again, my cycle returns.

I researched Yerba Mate and I am willing to try it, but there is no evidence that it helps with hormonal imbalances. Can you please give me more information? I am very interested.
