Oh girl - sorry to hear about your bad day. I sure hope you feel better today. I wonder if it's that paragone stuff. I honestly have not felt bad yet. In fact, i feel really wonderful and am getting alot accomplished and even cooking for my husband and son without too much envy. LOL I did lose 2 this morning so I am thrilled about that. It makes 18.5 so far.

Your idea about re-hydrating sounds like the key. Be well and take care!
