Thanks Ali! You've been so encouraging to me. I am so excited to be on this journey. Tonight I had tears in my eyes... people are starting to notice. Even with the new pimples on my face, they said I look better. I guess its that "glow". This is also the first time my friends have commented on my weight loss! It's so nice to have supportive people around; both in person and online!

I also have a few waiting for some of my nice dresses, now that they're starting to fit like tents! Gotta go through that closet and get rid of them; then I'll have a serious problem if I regain a lot of weight --- a new motivation to keep it off. LOL!

I am so proud of you for setting your goal early. I will try to keep up with the posts next month to keep track of your progress. Do you know what part of the month you plan to fast? I'll be fasting until the 20th. Then Liver Flush on the 22nd. Then its on to CHEWING raw food! I can't wait!
