Thanks for the encouragement, you're doing great. Was this your first fast?

I'm not quite sure when to start, I think I'll try and plan it so that my worst days are over the weekend so I won't have to get on the train and go to work! So maybe I'll start Thursday? I have my Daughter's 4th Birthday party on Saturday so maybe I should wait - I have all the ingredients waiting and am very excited to start but I really want to make sure I choose the right time.

I'm so glad I found this website. It's so supportive. When I first thought that I might like to fast I figured it would just be me and a few books to help me by!!! But now I know there's a whole load of support from people in my position, or experts! so that feels good.

Keep up your good work. I'll let you know when I start!
