Hey guys I have been reading your forum for 3 days and researching the MC. I read what I thought was online version of MC, but I keep hearing about P & B's and other references not on that page. I intially was doing this for weightloss, but after reading "journey to colon" and other report, ugh! I want this for both cleanse and weight. So in the book are there recommended teas and references on where to get Sea Salt (is this a must), can I use Grade A maple syrup. Does the book tell me everyting I need. Also I have 70lbs to lose, after two horrible back to back pregnancies and I hav IBS, any advice?? After reading your forum I hope to be a part of the forum, I will need the support. OH is cayenne pepper needed? Where can I find P & B mixes? Thanks for any advice
