I think doing the cleanse is always a little bit daunting, no matter how many times you've done it! This is sort of my 4th. My first was 15 days, my second was a mini 3 day cleanse before a liver flush, and my 3rd was an 8 day cleanse before a liver flush. I'm starting Tuesday too, and cleansing until November 8, and then I will do a liver flush. I'm actually excited again, like I was before the first one. I love the lemonade! And I bugged my health food store clerk so much that they finally started stocking Grade B maple syrup - whoo hoo!

Good luck (I ALWAYS type that as Good Lick) to patience and to chris, and also to me! Let's raise a glass of lemonade to Robin Quivers tomorrow, too.
