The body can make use of the lemon peel but the seeds will just pass thru as if nothing because your body can't utilize the seeds in that state. I believe the ropes come from just a lot of waste material from all over the body and just pass out of the colon. The stones are supposedly coming from the kidney and gallbladder, but remember people has small crystals in their joints too like in the big toe in gout because I use to have it. Whenever I would stand on my tippy toes I could feel the pain in my big toe which would cause concern for gout or "Rich man's rhuematism" as it is sometimes called.
