Hi Lynne! Wow, you're already at Day 9. Only 21 more days to go. I'm so glad you are trying this for the long haul too. I just wish there was some way to catch up to you! I'm still on Day 6.

I also recommend the 6 glass minimum, but I have only had 5 on 2 of the days. Just ran out of day, and thought my sleep more important! I strain my lemonade, but still get a little pulp.

Glad to see your post today. Check in with you tomorrow - on your special DAY 10!
