Thanks for a wonderful reply Owen. I am printing your message as it reminded me of some things I had read about years ago and currently am not doing.

I think your ideas are very helpful and positive. D you have any specific benefits you have noticed from lapacho? I haven't heard of that product before and will do some more research on it. Thanks for a new idea!

I do know personally that lecithin has helped me in the past and am glad to be reminded of it. I think it is highly beneficial to the nerves.
