Ha, ha! Well it went fine. I got it all down in about 40 minutes. I don't know why it took me so long, my belly was just so full! It worked rather nicely. I used the bathroom a few times before bed and it was mostly just yellowish-brown water. I like the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) better than the lax tea because it doesn't produce all the cramping. However, I do like the lax tea because you only have to drink 8 oz. and it tastes yummy. Anyone who is worried to try the SWF....don't be! It isn't that bad. I actually liked it. Strange as that may be.
