Hi! I'm trying for the 30 days too. I'm a few days behind you. I haven't tried the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) yet, but am using the P&B shakes and smooth move tea. I had one bm today. Feel like I'm still a little backed up. Will have to pick up some salt if I don't go in the morning.
