How do I go about getting tested from Bowen? I read on their site your doctor has to call? We can't just order a kit and get tested ourselves like Igenex??

PS - what does CDC positive mean? I really wanted to get tested for co-infections too. Does Bowen have one standard test for lyme?? I had the ELISA and Western Blot showing all bands last year but they were both at Quest Labs and were both negative.

Any ideas which infection commonly causing cracking joints? cause I have been cracking from head to toe for almost 9 months now and it is extremely annoying!!
