Which one is the best and why?

Also which test should I get? Western Blot? PCR? I am confused. I have been sick for 10 months, diagnosed with candida, food allergies , adrenal fatigue...etc...

I have been on a strict diet/anti-candida protocol for 7 or 8 months and I am just not recovering 100 percent. Something else has to be wrong. I have been bit by many ticks but as far as I know they were dog ticks, not deer. I am still considering lyme as a possibility. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
