It may be helpful to know how many drinks you're having each day and if you're using the full 2 TBSP of maple syrup? I'm not experienced myself, but from the posts I've read on this forum, you may need more for more energy.

And are you able to exercise/get fresh air?

You certainly have my admiration for trying to do something this wonderful for yourself during this hectic time in your life! Don't be too hard on yourself if you need to break the fast and try it when things have settled down in your life.
