I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. It is not horrible. I started drinking a lot right off the bat. I drank it 3 times a day. About a cup each time. It is not horrible in my opinion. Just to let you all know I now use apple cider vinegar for the arthritis. I'm working and pain is not a constant factor in my life anymore. I can actually do things now and not even feel any pain. I use bragg apple cider vinegar. It will clean your joints like it does your mirrors. Good luck!
