so im starting to feel real hungry...help me. how long do i go. i noticed that the back part of my tongue is now pink and not white although i never really looked at it closely until i started day one. but definitely different. i lost 14 lbs and i'm down to 173 from 187. i'm trying to down a drink every hour either a b&p or a lemonade. i think ten days for a first fast is good although 14 would be better and 30 awesome. should i stop, how does one know for sure. i think i still have some toxins to rid. how do you know where the toxins are. in your urine stool sweat? help.
