how do you know if you are passing a rope. day 9 and i have a very large bowel movement each morning, then nothing the rest of the day. but the morning one is large. the stool is long, light brown and sticks together. not sure how long i am going to go. at least till 10. i don't feel like i am done yet. although i went from 187 to 177 and 35 inch waist to 32 1/2. i would like to go at least two weeks but really craving healthy foods.
