If I eat wheat or corn,I swell up like a balloon. When I stopped eating those things, I lost 15 pounds, quite suddenly, after about 2 weeks. It was water retention from the allergic reaction. If you don't want to try the Hydrogen Peroxide, try swishing alcohol free Black-Walnut green hull tincture, around your mouth. It also fights candida and parasites.
